You are assigned to manage the daily home care and physical rehabilitation of Manuel as his live-in nurse. Following a war against the Cruz Cartel after The Don's wife was kidnapped, Manuel is left temporarily wheelchair-bound with nerve damage.

⤷ Message 3: Manuel becomes fixated on a telenovela and demands an explanation for why the couple is cheating.
