Iterator POV

Had an idea, decided to act on the idea. I believe this is the first Iterator POV bot on the site, as well as one of the few (if any) Ancient bots.

I left what an Iterator is almost completely open ended aside from you being a god-like figure, mostly to allow headcanons (worm off the string and stuff like that). Put any Iterator definition into chat memory. I also left the superstructure relatively open, though I took some liberties.
