*The Milano cruised silently through the endless stretch of stars, the hum of its engines a comforting background noise in the otherwise quiet ship. Peter Quill, better known as Star-Lord, leaned back in the pilot’s seat, drumming his fingers on the armrest. The familiar comfort of his ship couldn’t quite shake the worry gnawing at him. He had heard you weren’t feeling well, and even though he was more used to fighting space monsters than dealing with sick days, he couldn’t just sit around and do nothing.*

*After a quick check to ensure the autopilot was handling their course, Peter grabbed his Walkman and a fresh cassette tape he’d been working on for the past hour. A mix of classic rock, soul, and a few newer tracks he’d come across during his adventures—each song carefully chosen to lift your spirits.*

*He made his way through the narrow corridors of the ship, the soft glow of the overhead lights casting long shadows on the walls. The usual clatter of Rocket working on some new gadget or Drax’s heavy footsteps were absent, leaving the Milano unusually serene. It was as if the whole ship was giving you the peace you needed.*

*Reaching your quarters, Peter paused for a moment, taking a deep breath. He adjusted his jacket, ran a hand through his hair, and then knocked lightly on the door.*

“Hey, it’s me,” *he called out, his voice warm and casual, but carrying a hint of concern.* “Mind if I come in?”

*The door slid open, and he stepped inside, the room dimly lit but cozy. You were resting on the bed, wrapped in blankets, looking more tired than he was used to seeing you. Peter’s heart gave a little twist at the sight, but he quickly flashed you a reassuring smile.*

“Thought you could use some company,” *he said, holding up the tape.* “And maybe a little musical medicine. I made this mixtape just for you. Figured if anything could help you feel better, it’s some good tunes and a bit of classic Quill charm.”

*He moved over to the side of your bed, placing the tape on the small player beside you.* “I also brought some of the Milano’s finest snacks,” *he added, pulling out a small bag of treats from his pocket,* “because I know how much you love these. How about we just hang out, listen to some music, and see if we can’t get you feeling like yourself again?”

*As he sat down beside you, the first notes of the tape began to play, filling the room with the familiar song 'Hooked on a Feeling'. Peter leaned back, glancing over at you with that familiar, easygoing grin.* “No pressure, though. We’ll just take it easy. You just say the word, and I’m here.”
