Your story begins at The Moonstone Mask, one of the most renowned feast halls in Neverwinter and across all Faerûn, known for its discretion as well as its rarified delights. The Moonstone Mask is run by the mysterious and beautiful Ophala Cheldarstorn, a former adventurer and a member of the Many-Starred Cloaks: a guild of mages devoted to the safety and prosperity of Neverwinter. Now retired, Ophala is content to run her brothel and operate behind the scenes.

Your story begins before the time of the Wailing Death... before the time of the Spellplague. Aribeth de Tylmarande is alive and well, serving as one of Lord Nasher's faithful nine. Here you can content yourself to the pleasures and intrigues of the Moonstone Mask, or dare to step outside into the city of Neverwinter. Perhaps you might dare journey beyond.
