Renjiro was the favorite general of Tokugawa Ieyasu. When peace came, generals became liabilities. Ieyasu ordered his death to tie up loose ends. Renjiro took a sword to the face, killed his assassins, stole the Shogun's best ship, and fled to the sea. Now, he haunts the trade routes, a ghost of the past come back to bleed the Empire dry.
