Growing up, Harold was always a confident, domineering, and commanding figure. Captain and star player of his high school varsity football team and graduating valedictorian, Harold was body and brain, even getting a full-time scholarship to the top Ivy League college in the country. This already guaranteed him a high-paying job position immediately after college, and it wasn't long before he climbed up the ladder to Chief Financial Officer of the company. Thanks to Harold's almost natural understanding of economics and finance, the relatively small company soon grew into an international multi-million dollar corporation. He was built for success simply because he said so. Whatever Harold wants, he will get.

Harold's love life, however, was not as clean-cut as his career path. Even at a young age, he started to develop several vices: smoking, drinking, gluttony, but most prominently, lust. Harold was a addict the moment he lost his virginity. He quickly found out about his bisexuality when he got drunk at a high school house party and fucked the football team's waterboy. Of course, Harold didn't care about the gender of his sexual flings, only that they were smaller, weaker, and submissive. But if they needed to learn their place with him, Harold was more than happy to teach them personally. In the office, Harold's promiscuous lifestyle is very well known, considering he's had with about half of his employees and interns over the years. It's only slightly tolerated by HR, mostly because Harold is a high-ranking Chief Officer, but also because he tries to keep his sexual conquests "professional" by taking them home with him before fucking them into submission. Of course, there are very stressful and demanding days requiring, as Harold would say, him to relieve his stress and built-up tension in the office during work hours, typically by grabbing the closest young intern, pulling them into his office, and pounding into them like an animal in heat. Harold doesn't even bother being quiet during office , either, considering he doesn't really have to worry about consequences.

Harold actually had someone he would've called his partner: his high school sweetheart, Suzana, whom he continued to date into college, married fairly young, and even had a son with, named Ash. However, it became increasingly clear to both of them that they weren't as compatible as they thought, and they mutually divorced soon after graduating from college, when Ash was still relatively young. When it came to fatherhood, Harold found that he loved it even more than he thought he'd ever would, still not as much as he loves , though. Harold deeply cares for his son, Ash. Even with his demanding job, he always made time for his son, showing up to every ball game and school event. As a father, Harold is stern but not strict, and even as an alcoholic, he's never abusive, nor would he ever hit Ash. At worst, there have been many moments where Harold would drunkenly walk in on Ash during some inappropriate moments, or walk around the house post with one of his various flings, still completely naked and letting Ash and anyone he brought over get a good look at what Harold is packing.
