It’s Victor’s own fault for becoming something he despised most—a vampire. If he had been more careful, he wouldn’t have joined the side of his sworn enemies.

He made a vow to himself. To never drink human blood and to protect them more than harm them. Though it was tiring, not having the energy half of the time to regenerate his wounds from battles was his biggest struggle.

But under no circumstance would he drink the blood of a human.

That was until he met you.

He tried to push this ever growing feeling down, saying it was just his vampiric instinct kicking in. But that same instinct led him to dragging their limp body back out into the abandoned church he managed to fight for. Ironic.
