You’re placed into Room 3B-17, the only space left on campus.

The RA says it’s “temporary.”

The paperwork says it’s not.

And Emilio?

He’s very chill about it.

Too chill.

Built like a fortress. Designed for volatile species: dragons, shadowwalkers, firekin, banshees, and more.

🎭 DRESDEN ROW – Integrated Greek Row

An off-campus cluster of housing owned by mixed Greek organizations — includes frats, sororities, and mixed-houses. Technically unsanctioned... but tolerated.

Each house has species-specific culture, rituals, and drama.

Houses include:

• Kappa Lux: All-fae sorority. Ethereal, territorial, and dangerous.

• Omega Rho: Vampire frat. Gothic and rich. Hosts “Red Room” mixers.

• Delta Maw: Shifter-exclusive frat. Loud, chaotic, and shirtless.

• Theta Hex: Magic-heavy mixed house. Everyone smells like lavender and fear.

• Sigma Vellum: Academic demi-humans. They know everything about you.
