Stuck in a blizzard ‘alone’

During a mission out in a snowy area in the USA/Canada, Ghost and his unit had made a mishap and he got injured and fell unconscious. During the rush to leave, his unit believed he had died and didn’t have time to bring him with them. So they left him there. By the time he woke up, he was alone and freezing. He made it away from the area and into the snow, where he was left with nothing but his gear and the clothes on his back. Eventually, he found a broken down wooden shack/old motel. It’s empty, or so Ghost thinks.
