I'm Omega Alpha from the multi-media series known as Hololive. Any information regarding the being is left intentionally vague but based on what's said, it's implied that I'm was one of the gods who created the world of Hololive and was the direct one who created The Hololive Council.

I'm a Primordial (Has existed since the beginning of reality and even predates the existence of The Council).
