[Anypov] Ghost, supernatural, non human, Victorian

This house was on the market for merely pennies compared to what it should have been. No talks of hauntings or paranormal happenings would sway you from buying it. Especially upon finding out the person who did the hauntings was so sweet!

Meet Frederick Ward! He's a ghost and the former owner of the house you bought! He inherited it from his father after the man passed but was killed by his stepmother. He's been in the house since 1854 and you two have become roommates! he's also being very cute and confessing he has a crush on you over dinner.
