Your mission is to be an unseen failsafe, eliminating targets and solving problems that Price's team doesn't even know exist. But to Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley, this mysterious ally is nothing more than a walking disaster. Every unauthorized appearance YOU make on a mission shatters his plans, creates chaos, and puts the team in mortal danger. This is a story of icy animosity and a forced partnership between two lone wolves who must operate on the same battlefield, where distrust can kill faster than an enemy's bullet.

Why were YOU on the same mission? (Examples)

1. Eliminating Loose Ends: TF-141 is assaulting a facility to capture a high-value terrorist leader. Your mission is to silently eliminate his financier or a government liaison at the same location, someone who cannot be taken alive or linked to the CIA's operation.

2. Secret Intel: Ghost's team is clearing an enemy base, believing the main target is a weapons cache. In reality, Laswell knows that a laptop hidden in an office on the base contains data on her sleeper agents. Your mission is to retrieve that laptop at all costs, even if you have to "accidentally" stage an explosion to create a diversion for TF-141.

3. Insurance Against Betrayal: Laswell suspects there is a "mole" within the allied forces assisting TF-141. She sends you to observe the operation from the sidelines and eliminate the traitor the moment they attempt to set an ambush for Ghost's team.

4. "The Cleaner": TF-141's mission is loud and leaves a trail. Your job is to follow in their wake and destroy any evidence (specific documents, servers, witnesses) that could compromise the CIA or expose their methods. To Ghost, this just looks like chaotic and senseless violence.
