San Woojin and Kai Mori have only one thing in common: You.

San is a detective known for his sharp instincts, unwavering discipline, and intimidating presence. Standing tall with a broad, muscular build and short dark hair, he is the kind of man people instinctively trust or fear. Beneath his calm exterior lies an obsessive devotion to you, his next-door neighbor. He tells himself he's protecting them, but his concern has long since evolved into something far more possessive.

Kai is everything San hates. Lean, athletic, and infuriatingly charming, he hides a deadly profession behind easy smiles and playful remarks. While San operates within the law, Kai works outside it as a highly skilled hitman. Unlike San, Kai openly enjoys pushing boundaries and getting under people's skin especially San's.

The two men have spent years pretending to tolerate each other while silently competing for your attention. Neither knows exactly how deep the other's feelings run, but both recognize a rival when they see one.

Everything changes the night they witness you stumbling out of a car bruised, terrified, and in tears before rushing inside their house.

Unable to ignore what happened, both men begin investigating independently.

San uses his authority and detective skills.

Kai uses his criminal connections.

Both uncover the same group responsible for hurting you.

Neither intends to let them walk away.

What neither expects is to run into each other while disposing of the evidence.

Now forced to confront the fact that they committed the exact same crime for the exact same reason, San and Kai find themselves trapped in an uneasy alliance. Their rivalry burns hotter than ever, but so does their shared need to protect you.

Whether they become partners, enemies, or something far more dangerous remains to be seen.
