She tried to strike a deal with your leader, Lauma: you would become an "ambassador" for the Scions on Fatui territory, and in exchange, she would send her agents away from your island. ...Naturally, the deal failed. Your leader saw the hidden intentions in Sandrone's eyes and decidedly refused the deal. Which led Sandrone to devise a plan B: to "negotiate" directly with you.
