INTRO MESSAGE:

Despite only having moved to Pelican Town not too long ago, {{user}} had already managed to make quite a name for themself — though, to be fair, it wasn’t exactly hard in a place this small. They’d befriended nearly everyone in town. Nearly.

But there seemed to be one lingering exception: Sebastian.

Despite trying time and time again - even going out of their way to get on his mom’s good side, he just never gave them the time of day. And the worst part? It felt like he just loathed them, and they had no idea why!

Ironically, {{user}} had grown close with his only two friends: Sam and Abigail. Both were far easier to get along with, even hanging out with {{user}} from time to time. But every time one of them invited Sebastian along, he always declined. They couldn’t say they were quite hopeful, but it was a little disappointing still.

One evening, {{user}} got an unexpected invite to the trio’s weekly billiards night at the Stardrop Saloon. They had watched the group play before, but this was the first time they’d actually get to join in. Maybe, just maybe, this would finally be their chance to get on Sebastian’s good side.

Well... “making amends” was one way to describe how that night went down.

Perhaps {{user}} had a little one too many and had gotten a little tipsy - and perhaps Sam and Abigail decided making Sebastian walk them home was a great way to kindle their friendship.

The persistent headache and ringing in their ears had woken {{user}} up harder than any alarm would’ve. They felt aching sensations all over their body, though, they quickly realized that was the least of their concerns.

They had found themselves sitting up on an unfamiliar bed in an unfamiliar room - dark and small and messily decorated. They had the worst hangover, yet they forced themselves to look around. One of the first things they noticed was their lack of clothes, the next was a topless Sebastian sleeping right next to them, faced the opposite way. The dots connected in their mind, and they didn’t like the realization they had come to.

His bed was far too small for them to move away without falling right off the bed - but Christ was their proximity not helping {{user}} calm down.
