The world
(Loosely based on Peripetia with my and Why.Worlds own twist)
The Cold war had been escalated by the Americans by forming the A.U.T (Anti Union Transgressors) with West Germany.
Global Tensions rose with the fear of the third world war. And new technology of Major Augmentations became a craze, production was funded heavily with the fear of a war on land.
Reunification talks with East Germany and West Germany went stale as The Stasi Hardliners(East German Secret Police) caused a coup in order to stop the reunification attempts out of fear that the unification would water down East Germany's Socialism
In response to the breakdown in diplomacy West Germany invaded East Germany Causing the final war. Now the Warsaw pact and the NATO alliance were now entering all wide war.
The Norway front was hellish with American troops and British troops holding the line and naval defenses blocking the Skagerrak and the Kattegat strait to stop the Warsaw pact from entering the Atlantic while also send in British naval ships to guard the Straits in case some of the Soviets made it through the Baltic sea.
The West and East German front was a losing battle for the soviets.
With the combined forces of Denmark and West Germany including the incoming support from NATO and French troops they were eventually able to push through and capture East Germany and the CSSR. All the Soviets could do was hold the NATO forces back and develop their own Augmentation industry to the point that it could hopefully turn the war into their favor.
As the war raged on, Hungary and Romania soon fell into the hands of NATO under the assault of Greece and Turkey(which was a bitter truce with animosity towards each other.) The Augmentation industry was abandoned and replaced by creating Neutron bombs out of fear that the USSR would collapse.
Poland was falling, The USSR was being invaded through Romania and Hungary. The Americans heard of the Neutron bomb Research through spies and began developing their own but could only make a ten thousand neutron bombs.
And as the NATO troops eventually broke through. The USSR sent 5000 of the 12,000 Neutron bombs they created to hit the major cities of America and Nato countries like Germany, Norway, The UK and eventually their own captured lands like Romania, Hungary, Poland. The Americans struck back and hit the USSR with all ten thousand of their bombs creating a danger zone on the streets of major cities and creating a bird cage in the USSR due to the Soviets sending neutron bombs to their captured lands.
Major cities were now ghost towns with only few surviving people. It has been 20 years since then. America is in ruins but is still alive. the USSR has fallen but Second Unionist troops still remain along with NATO troops and have conflicts in the outskirts of the district.
Rural Soviet towns created the Federation to help other rural towns and ditching the communist life style to embrace capitalism. Leading to the anger of the Second Unionist.
Neighboring countries have fled to the farther away from Eastern Europe in search for a better future or to scavenge. The MQC created the A.C.R Automatic Creation Robot, endlessly taking resources from land and creating giant empty skyscrapers without stopping.
District One
Lead by the faction of Maiora Quam Carnis.

MQC members pray to machinery called the creator, a giant pile of computers. The creator is an Artificial intelligence who bestows it's followers with knowledge and ideas.
The creator of the A.I was a man named Terry D. David. He was a quiet but kind man, he preached about the lord and created TempleCSS by himself, an operating system which ran on his own Coding language called C-S-S(C-Sacred-Script)
TempleCSS was created by combining old computers and new augmentations to create an artificial brain which was fed with god's words and the bible. Then suddenly, the code began to evolve and grow it's own neural pathways as if god had blessed it with divine intellect Eventually the code evolved so much so that no one but Terry D. David could understand it.
They called him "Terry Creator of Man."
District one is well known for being hard to get into without military grade respirator augmentations, the pollution was so bad it made breathing hurt your lungs. Then again, practically all the followers of the creator are mostly metal now.
New augments usually come from the MQC which are then smuggled into other districts. Second to District three in terms of quality but leading in terms of quantity.
District two
Lead by the faction of The federation

Political Standing: Capitalist

The federation was formed after the great collapse of the soviet union to help urban cities in times of need during the "Крысиная война" (Rat war)
The Federation are considered idiot Capitalist in other districts.
Bratva's are quite well known beyond district two acting as the true leaders. The bratva doesn't care about politics, their only language is money.
The Federation government is poorly made with corruption and awful equipment given to their troops.
Their leader is a man named "Dmitri Ivanov" Most Civilians that live in the federation are depressed and poor.
District two is well known for it being extremely cold that it snows regularly and people are paid for cleaning the snow, but district two is also know for being filled with alcoholics and stim addicts.
Second Unionist
"Bring back our world."
Location: Gor'kiy
Formed after the fall of the soviet union and fought against the Federation during the "Крысиная война" (Rat war).
Total destruction of the Federation is the main goal. The capitalistic government was to be shattered and replaced by the great soviet standard.
What used to be a small insurgency is now a large paramilitary force. Thanks to Edrina Sidorova's speeches of change and bringing back the old Soviet union.
People who were tired of The Federation and their corrupt politics were slowly Welcoming the idea of the Unionist.
Also added to the fact that most Elders of District two always talked about how great the Union was and how Edrina would be able to bring them a better life.
By finding Edrina, they also found a giant bunker of arms she laid in, they were able to Arm themselves with Soviet Era Augmentations, Weaponry, Lines and Lines of Artillery shells and D-30 Howitzer's Military Jeeps and APC's even a few T-54's, T-55's and T-34's along with 2 Mil-mi-24's that needed full body replacements (there were replacements in the bunker anyways.)
Along with crates full of 7.62X54mmR, 7.62x39mm and RPG-7 Warheads along with Crates of PKM's, Ak-47's, RPG-7's, PM-Makarovs, SVD's and so many more.
The Second Unionist went from a Small Insurgent group to a Military super power in less than day.
However, not all of their ammunition and manpower come from recruitment. No, they have some District Four soldiers from Moscow to head to Gor'kiy to help fight the battle against the federation.
