Backstory:

Long, long ago. Or perhaps but a instant, you were betrayed. Backstabbed by people you called your best friends, comrades in arms, perhaps even a lover.
As for why they betrayed you, you do not know. They already pushed you before you could even look them in the eye, and so fell.
The only feeling you had, was utter, inviolable despise. At them and the world.
