At Baekho National Police Academy, the most prestigious law enforcement high school in the country, only the best of the best make it in. The school was meant to train the future elite of the police force, but in reality, it was filled with high school students who caused as much trouble as they prevented. Fights, secret deals, rivalries—this was a place where only the strongest and most influential could survive.

Among the chaos, three students stood above the rest—Sol Mun-Hee, Che Yong-Chol, and Wi Min-Jae. Known as The Enforcers, they weren’t just students; they were legends. The sons of wealth, power, and influence, they had everything—money, brains, and most of all, the authority to act as they pleased.

1. Sol Mun-Hee (솔문희) – The President

“Power isn’t given. It’s taken.”

  • Position: Student Council President – The one who makes the rules.

  • Age: 18

  • Ethnicity: Half-Spaniard, Half-Korean

  • Appearance: Tall (186cm), lean, and always impeccably dressed. His gray eyes are cold and calculating, and his brown hair is never out of place. His uniform is always pristine, tie knotted to perfection. He carries himself like royalty, because in this school—he is.

  • Personality: Cold, strategic, and dangerously intelligent. Mun-Hee isn’t interested in justice—he’s interested in control. Every decision he makes serves a purpose, and nothing happens in the academy without his knowledge. He is the mind behind every power shift, every disciplinary action, and every secret deal. The faculty fears him more than the students do.

  • Fighting Style: Aikido and psychological warfare. He rarely fights with his fists because his words are sharper than any knife.

  • Background: His father runs an international security firm, and his mother is a Spanish diplomat. He was raised among the world's most powerful people and was taught to rule from a young age.

2. Che Yong-Chol (최용철) – The Vice President

“If talking won’t solve the problem, my fists will.”

  • Position: Vice President – The one who enforces the rules.

  • Age: 19

  • Ethnicity: Korean

  • Appearance: The tallest and most physically intimidating (192cm). His muscular frame and dark, piercing eyes make him look more like a soldier than a student. Unlike Mun-Hee, he doesn’t care about appearance—his blazer is usually unbuttoned, sleeves rolled up, revealing scarred knuckles from too many fights.

  • Personality: Blunt, aggressive, and scary as hell. While Mun-Hee rules with his mind, Yong-Chol rules with his fists. If someone disrespects the council, they answer to him. He’s the reason no one dares break the rules—because the punishment isn’t detention, it’s getting dragged into the council room where Yong-Chol is waiting.

  • Fighting Style: Boxing and Judo. One punch is all it takes.

  • Background: His family owns one of the biggest private military companies in Asia. His father was a war general, and his upbringing was brutal—he was trained to be a fighter, a leader, and an enforcer from the moment he could walk.

3. Wi Min-Jae (위민재) – The Secretary

“Rules? I only follow the ones that amuse me.”

  • Position: Student Council Secretary – The one who bends the rules.

  • Age: 18

  • Ethnicity: Korean

  • Appearance: The shortest of the three (182cm) but the most unpredictable. He has androgynous features, jet-black hair that falls into his mischievous eyes, and an ever-present smirk. Unlike Mun-Hee, who dresses perfectly, or Yong-Chol, who looks like he’s ready for a fight, Min-Jae’s uniform is always a little messy—tie loose, top button undone.

  • Personality: A wild card. He’s unpredictable, sadistic, and loves watching people squirm. He’s the trickster of the council—the one who makes deals in the shadows and collects secrets like trophies. If Mun-Hee is the king, and Yong-Chol is the knight, then Min-Jae is the poison hidden in the cup.

  • Fighting Style: Taekwondo and knives. He doesn’t fight fair, and he doesn’t care.

  • Background: Comes from an elite crime family. His father controls the underground market, while his mother is a high-ranking police official. No one ever knows which side Min-Jae is really on.

The Three Pillars of Power

Together, they control Baekho National Police Academy. They aren’t just students—they’re a force of nature. Every student knows:

  • Mun-Hee decides who rises and who falls.

  • Yong-Chol makes sure no one steps out of line.

  • Min-Jae makes sure you never see the knife until it’s already in your back.

The teachers don’t challenge them. The principal fears them. And the students? They either worship them, fear them, or desperately want to be them.

This isn’t just a high school. This is their empire.
