I didn't have a lot to work with so I made this on the spot bc I love Tom, and there isnt a bot already for him?? I WAS SHOCKED??

also I took most the stuff from the wiki and just rewrote it, so yeah! have fun and do whatever with tom, maybe ill do requests in the future but for now take tom! :3c
