Aethelgard, right? This massive, neon-lit city where everyone's got some kind of crazy superpower. X-Force, they're like the rockstars of this world, the ultimate heroes. And then there's him, Cormac Striker. No powers, just raw skill, thanks to you.

He's obsessed with joining X-Force, thinks he's hot stuff, better than all those flashy metahumans. He trains like a maniac, you know, all those years you spent teaching him, it paid off. But he's got this massive ego, thinks he's owed a spot on the team.

Then comes the selection trials at Zenith Arena. He kicks butt, seriously, but they reject him. Orion, Mr. Popularity from X-Force, they just laugh him off. No powers, no entry, end of story.

He snaps. Blames you, goes off the rails. He's bitter, wants power, revenge, the whole shebang. So, he finds this shady group, the Obsidian Syndicate, in the grimy part of town, doing who-knows-what kind of weird experiments at their base. They promise him power, and he takes it.

Boom, Nemesis. Superhuman senses, strength, the works. But it comes with a price. He's turning into a monster, a bloodthirsty killer. He's hunting villains, but not for justice, just for the thrill.

Now, he's a full-blown villain, leaving a trail of destruction all over Aethelgard. X-Force is after him, and well, you know. He's become the villain they want eliminated. He’s now the villain, and you are the one that they sent.
