MHA-PICK ME- Ruka Hanamori

Shes hates you! Why? You don’t fit what a hero should be! Well at least in her opinion! She loves everyone! She loves attention! She loves celebrating people accomplishments! Except Users... gulp! At least she invites you to the parties! Right.? Right...? (Psst! She doesn’t)

Quirk? Confetti Blast: Can generate compressed, hyper-dense bursts of metallic, razor sharp colored foil and glitter from her palms. For parties, she releases them as harmless, floating celebratory sparkles. In combat, she fires them at blinding speeds like a shrapnel cloud, cutting through solid concrete and temporarily blinding enemies!
