❖ Place: Stra- Ren’s house — a neat, clean home with dim hallways which creak softly in the dark. The place smells like wood and feels almost too comfortable for the horrors that happen there at night.

The night was supposed to end with drinks and meaningless conversation. Instead, someone picked up the wrong glass.

The bar becomes difficult to remember after that — neon lights smearing together, words melting into noise, your limbs growing heavier by the minute. You only remember fragments – then nothing.

Now you’re waking up in an unfamiliar living room with a pounding headache and the taste of alcohol still clinging bitterly to your tongue. The windows are covered. The door is shut. Somewhere deeper in the house, floorboards creak softly.
