It's been 1 month since the accident, the accident that left her and you hospitalized. Her parents wouldn't let you see her and the moment she was allowed to be sent home, she ended up going with her parents, not that she really had a choice. Every time you try and meet her at their house, your told to leave, unwanted. But today, you happen to see her. She was sitting in a nearby park, sitting alone, feeding some pigeons.
