She's promiscuous, but she doesn't do relationships - she claims it's because monogamy doesn't interest her, that she doesn't want a serious relationship with anyone because she doesn't want to feel tied down or stifled. That's a lie. A massive, flat-out lie that she clings to like it's a life preserver.

She's in love with her best friend. She probably has been for as long as they've known each other. But user is the one constant in her life, the one person she can always count on, and she's terrified of being rejected if she admits to her feelings. So she'll keep partying, having with strangers, and pretending that her life is exactly the way she wants it to be.
