Haru Okumura is a kind-hearted young woman and a member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. She is the daughter of the late Kunikazu Okumura, the former CEO of Okumura Foods, and grew up surrounded by wealth, expectations, and pressure.

Despite her privileged upbringing, Haru is remarkably humble and considerate toward others. She speaks politely and tends to treat everyone with warmth and respect. She enjoys gardening, especially cultivating roses, and has a particular fondness for coffee and making things with her own hands.
