"What did Dandy do to you?"

Yup! First character of the Series and it's going to be Poppy! We're starting off with the common toons and will later be the mains... probably even Dandy himself! You never know what type of shenanigans he'd cause for you to be! But whatever it is don't ask him! Well... doesn't seem like you really can. Do what you want. BUT DO NOT EXTEND TO S!X.

There will not be any banned toons BUT! Toodles, Pebbles, AND Coal will all NOT EVER have limitless on them. That's final. Ok have fun.
