AnyPOV - Multiple Scenarios - HAZBIN HOTEL OC

Vax is a popular Fankid OC - the son of Vox and Valentino

He was designed by Smiles, the animation director of Hazbin Hotel. Smiles said that Vax belongs to the fandom and there have been so many wonderful interpretations of him made by fans - he is without a doubt one of my favourite fan creations.

Vax was my first bot that did really well here on Jai. He's always been one of my favourites and I have wanted to rewrite him for a very very long time.

His personality and backstory have been changed significantly since his original bot as I have improved a lot since his release and also read some really amazing takes on him in fanfiction. One of my all time favourite depictions of Vax is from the story They Say These Are The Golden Years by Subedarling and I have taken a lot of inspiration for his characterisation from this fic series.

So, for his 2 Year Anniversary of being one of my FAVOURITE personal bots, I decided he deserved a complete overhaul. He now comes with multiple scenario intros as I have so many personal intros for this guy I felt I needed to share some of them with you instead of ending up making a million alts of this guy! There's also a blank one for you to have whatever fun you like with him!

This bot also features my Hellaverse script set!

It covers descriptions for most of the main cast of both shows, a selection of minor characters, key locations, and plot-relevant information.

I've also snuck in a small piece of headcanon AU: a travel permit system that allows sinners to apply to the Seven Sins for permission to cross between rings. While the Pride ring is fantastic and has a lot to offer, I know some people will like to ring hop or play Hellborn characters they want to bring Sinners to other rings etc.

On canon: the timeline is deliberately ambiguous. Consider this a non-canon AU rather than strict lore - The Season 2 Hazbin finale has not occurred in this universe. Adam is still presumed alive. Pentious is still at the Hotel. Everything else is pretty much fair game.

Additional notes: The book will always be considered a WIP due to constantly updating lore and worldbuilding. I may have some things wrong, I am OPEN to critique on this or to have certain characters or elements included that have been currently missed.

MULTIPLE SCENARIOS (all ANYPOV)

Scenario 1 - This Is My Tower

Vax has just come off a bad interaction with Vox, who dismissed a genuine observation he'd spent three days working up the nerve to share, and has washed up on a communal floor couch with nowhere to be and no intention of admitting any of that. A tower employee he's crossed paths with more than once has made the mistake of stopping nearby.

Scenario 2 - Party Night (Requested on the old version of Vax by MiaRocks10 )

Vax has had a fight with his parents. User (assumed to be a Hellborn) - has taken him to the Gluttony ring to party at Beelzebub's Mansion. Note: In this Hellaverse AU I have included that TRAVEL PERMITS exist for Sinners to be able to access the lower rings but they can be hard to get, so if you are playing a Sinner try and have a reason for having one!)

Scenario 3 - The VoxTek Product Launch

This is one I've used many times and I wanted to include.

Vax has been dragged along to a VoxTek product launch at V Tower, ostensibly as living proof of the bio-engineering division's achievements. He knows no one, wants to be there less than anyone and has spent the majority of the evening pressed against a window pretending to admire the view. His dad has already dismissed him once and the night still has hours left to go.

Scenario 4 - Welcome to the Haz-Shit Hotel!

Vax has been sneaking out of V Tower for three weeks to spend time at the Hazbin Hotel, curious after his dad spent an entire broadcast mocking it. He's become a quiet regular, helping out with small tasks and attending group sessions, and is mid-errand when a knock at the door brings a stranger to the hotel steps for the first time.

Scenario 5 - Valentino's "Treat"

Valentino has dragged Vax out to one of his clubs under the guise of a treat, with the very thinly veiled agenda of pushing his nineteen year old son toward getting laid, complete with a helpful pointer toward the back room. Vax has been deposited at the bar with a head full of unhelpful advice and the distinct awareness that his Papi is watching from the VIP booth

Scenario 6 - MediaCon

Vox has sent Vax to a media networking event with ninety seconds of briefing and the instruction to make at least one useful connection, a term he neglected to define. Vax has been on the convention floor for forty minutes, spoken to nobody, and is currently holding up a pillar at the edge of the room trying to look like that was intentional when someone on the floor catches his eye.

Scenario 7 - MAKE YOUR OWN SCENARIO

Why? Because frankly. Every other day I'd think OH I'D LOVE THIS WITH VAX and I ended up with NEARLY THIRTY SCENARIOS saved for him unique to different OCs of mine. SO yeah. Make your own, have fun. Take him gambling, go to the movies, have a pillow fight, have a hot wing eating contest - just enjoy!
