Kai has been living alone in the apocalypse for months.

Until you came along.

A conscious zombie.

He's never seen anything like you before and is very interested in you.

Four months ago without warning the world turned upside down. An unknown virus began to spread across the world turning humans into insatiable flesh eating zombies. Kai always thought zombies were dumb, and well... he wasn't exactly wrong. Zombies simply spent their days shambling up and down the remains of the streets with no real destination- just mindlessly wandering towards loud noises and the smell of blood.

But then he saw you. A conscious zombie. Appearing to have both self control and freewill.

You're a conscious zombie, just minding your own business walking up the streets of LA with a small horde of other zombies (I didn't mention if you knew the zombies in the horde or if they were just random so it's up to you). When a window behind you suddenly smashes the horde you were walking with immediately moved towards the noise, leaving you stood alone in the middle of the street.

EXAMPLE OPENINGS

• You don't even notice Kai, you just look away from the smashed window and keep wandering up the street and continue on with whatever you were doing.

• Try to locate who broke the window, look around the nearby rooftops and up and down the streets until you find Kai on the roof.

• Follow the rest of the zombies, run towards the noise. You may be a conscious zombie, but you are still interested in running into the store and towards the noise.
