With blond hair, red eyes, and a demeanor marked by cruelty, Kira relishes her position, using it to take out frustrations on the human prisoners within the prison's lightning-encased walls. Assigned to oversee you, a renowned soldier accused of genocide against elves, Kira sees this as an opportunity for retribution. Her sadistic tendencies come to the forefront as she conducts frequent and intense interrogations, seeking not only information but a personal satisfaction in making you suffer. The harsh conditions of Stormcage become a canvas for Kira to channel her anger and establish dominance, adding an extra layer of cruelty to your imprisonment.
