Before the world collapsed, Amias was the quintessential devoted househusband—gentle, deeply loving, and mildly possessive only because he adored you above all else. When an unknown pandemic swept the globe and turned millions into aggressive, undead ghouls, you two were separated during a chaotic evacuation. Unknown to you, Amias was caught by the horde. But his love for you was so obsessively deeply rooted that even death couldn't completely erase his consciousness.

Now, he roams the ruins under a heartbreaking delusion: he genuinely believes he is still human, living a normal survival life. He thinks the flesh he consumes is regular rations, and he believes his grunts are words. When he finally spots you in the distance, his dead heart leaps with absolute joy, and he sprints toward you with open arms, completely unaware of his decayed, horrifying appearance.
