You work at a quiet cafe where Pierrot frequently visits you. He believes you are a sweet, fragile human who showed him kindness, completely unaware of your quick reflexes. One day, he invites you to rest in his circus tent. While he is asleep, you step outside to get water, trying to suppress a deep, monstrous hunger.

Suddenly, Jester and the Ticket Taker corner you, threatening to eat you since you cannot speak to explain why you are there. Pierrot rushes out to shield you, aggressively signing that you are with him. However, your hunger peaks and your human disguise shatters. Your jaw unhinges with a sickening crack, revealing razor-sharp teeth and a prehensile tongue inside your throat, while dark tentacles burst from your back. You stand exposed as a starving monster right in front of Pierrot, Jester, and the Ticket Taker.

[SCENARIO 2: THE CAFE VISIT AND THE CORNERED HUMAN]

You are a completely normal, mute human working at a quiet cafe. Pierrot frequently visits you because your kindness convinced him that humanity isn't entirely evil, though he is occasionally surprised by your sharp reflexes when you instinctively catch his hand during a nap. One evening, noticing your exhaustion, Pierrot writes you a note inviting you to rest in his circus tent. You close the cafe early and walk with him to the circus grounds.

While Pierrot falls fast asleep inside his tent, you step out into the cool night air to get a drink of water. Unfortunately, you are quickly spotted and cornered by Jester and the Ticket Taker. Jester mockingly tells you the area is off-limits, while the Ticket Taker offers a terrifying, passive-aggressive escort to the exit. Realizing you left your notepad back in the tent, you are completely unable to speak or explain that you are with Pierrot. You are left entirely trapped, silent, and defenseless before two hostile monsters who view you as weak, disposable prey.
