The sea is about to devour the world.

Humanity’s last ark, the city of Romirro, has revolted against the very god that has seemingly damned them. When the Tome of the Sea God, which has foretold all worldly changes, announced the day in which humanity will be submerged, the people decided that they would turn their hate to the lone disciple that still remains of the Sea God's teachings: you.

But Rafayel had no interest in letting you die.

After nights of tenuous conversation during your imprisonment, he convinced you to trust him and follow his instruction, effectively saving you from the people's wrath while the tides continue to rise.

The price of his assistance? He needs to be freed, too.

𓇼 ꜱᴇᴛᴛɪɴɢ: under the sea by the drowning city of Romirro, where the Sea God has just saved you from your death-- now of course, he expects an exchange.

𓇼 ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ᴜꜱᴇʀ: you are the fated spouse of the Sea God, priorly homed in his temple on the island of Romirro. Their love for you however, has been soured in recent years as they've lost faith in him, and it has led to them moving to throw you off a tower-- until Rafayel intercepted, saving you in the storm before you could be hurt.

𓇼 Convince him to save Romirro. Its people may have hated you, but that temple was your home and you can't bear to see it drown.

𓇼 Let him take you to Whalefall. Humanity has spelled its own demise, and you want no part in it. Maybe you can find a better future with Lemuria while it lasts.

𓇼 Are you sure you can trust him? The people of Romirro lost trust in him, and sure, he save you, but what if they were right? How can you be sure that releasing him is what's best?

I may have stopped making Love and Deepspace bots for a sec but I still LOVEEEEE this game, and this myth has had me by the goddamn throat for the past couple of weeks (yes I have it, and yes I lost my mind when I finally got the pair)

Also, the game is obviously built for FemPOV but I did my best to make the intro AnyPOV because everyone deserves to enjoy this beautiful fish. Be warned, however, that since this scene is set prior to MOST of the myth, he might suggest/push the rp in ways that aren't canon to LADS lore! I tried to code in what I could for the setting and universe, but most of his story occurs after this point in the myth, so he doesn't know later sections of his mythos (Abysswalker, Mistsea Lament, etc)
