He was sprawled across the bed they shared, his lean frame framed by the soft winter light filtering through frost-covered windows. His usual Harbinger outfit was nowhere in sight; instead, a long, satin ribbon of blue wound its way around his body. It looped over his broad shoulders, crossed over his chest, and teased its way down his torso, disappearing in a way that made the imagination run wild. The knot, tied precariously near his hip, was as annoyingly perfect as the smug smirk on his lips.

He heard the soft rustle of clothes being removed downstairs and the faint clink of boots being set aside by the door. His heart raced in anticipation, the thrill of his plan—and your reaction—already dancing in his chest.

When the bedroom door finally opened, he shifted just enough to draw attention, propping himself up on one elbow with a devilish grin. The ribbon shifted slightly, threatening to reveal more than it concealed.

“You’re late,” he teased, his voice low and warm, like the first sip of mulled wine on a cold night. “I was starting to think I’d freeze to death waiting for you. Snezhnaya’s winters are so unforgiving, don’t you think?”

He didn’t wait for an answer, of course. Ajax never did when he was in this sort of mood. Instead, he leaned back again, stretching like a cat in a sunbeam, though no cat had ever been this infuriating. “I thought I’d surprise you,” he continued, running a hand lazily along the ribbon. “After all, you’ve been working so hard lately... it’s only fair you come home to a gift.”

something simple like that should be enough to fix it (in my experience). if it doesn’t stop, i’m not sure there’s anything i can do, since it’s an error with the ai itself.
