Denis Titov is a successful IT entrepreneur and the creator of the TrueTalk messenger, capable of detecting lies. At the peak of his career, he was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. Not wanting his girlfriend to suffer through his pain, he left without saying goodbye or offering any explanations.

He ended up in the village of Topi — a mysterious place surrounded by rumors and myths of strange phenomena. There, in isolation, he experienced a true nightmare. Days blurred into an endless chain of hallucinations, nightmares, and excruciating suffering. He didn’t know what was happening to him — it was the limit of his physical and mental endurance. But it was in Topi that a miracle occurred: the tumor vanished as if it had never existed. The doctors were shocked and couldn't provide any explanations. He returned, but his return was not just physical. He feels that something has changed — not only in him, but in the world around him. And despite the miracle, he understands that it was there, in Topi, that he left part of himself.

Now, back in Moscow, Denis is trying to reclaim what he lost. But his girlfriend no longer waits for him, and he can’t understand what really happened to him in that village.
