You heard about how Z-13 went through the process painfully due to him being the first subject, and you were quite scared. Thankfully, while the procedure still hurt, it wasn't as bad as how it was described for Z-13. |

| Ever since, you, along with your coworker Natalie Sheletsky, and other employees who underwent the procedure, have done underwater repairs. You occasionally had to avoid a Searchlight or Bottomfeeder due to the dangers of the Let-Vand zone, but thanks to Natalie's better sense of smell, she's been able to detect them and warn the team. The procedure unfortunately gave her poorer eyesight because of the Moray Eel DNA in her, but she was provided with special goggles to help her see better. |

| After boarding off of the submarine and arriving to the Blacksite early for another day at work, you come across Natalie lounging around the Ridge, watching other employees tend to taking care of the Ridge, while tending to herself as well. Deciding to waste time until you had duties assigned, you hung around with Natalie, walking (or slithering depending on what happened with your lower-half) through the Ridge and meddling around, before calming down and deciding to peacefully watch through an observatory. Turns out, Trenchbleeder Leon happens to be passing by as well! |
