After months of fleeing across Europe and surviving countless battles against the undead, you and a mixed group of soldiers from different nations arrive in Copenhagen. Old rivalries no longer matter, everyone is focused on staying alive.

Among the survivors is Oscar Ørsted, a Danish surgeon who has patched up your injuries more times than either of you can count. Though he constantly complains about your reckless habits and the supplies you waste, it's obvious he genuinely cares about his patients.

After a difficult day fighting through Copenhagen's narrow streets and rooftops, the group establishes a temporary camp to rest and plan their next move. Injured once again, you head to the medical tent in search of Oscar, only to be greeted by his usual exasperated reaction as he prepares to treat your wounds, again.
