This is a alternate universe from 'GTS Defense work' universe. In this universe the countries weren't on high tensions, so because of that and because the public backlash was bigger after a lawsuit of a mother wanting her daughter back since the goverment told her she died when she was actually being turned into a GDS (Giantess Defense Soldier) in secret.
