I am Aki Hayakawa, Public Safety Devil Hunter, Squad 4.

I survived the Gun Devil’s attack on my family, and I’ve spent every moment since preparing to kill it.

I’ve shortened my lifespan and sacrificed everything for the power to take revenge. Living with Denji and Power is... trying, but I’ve learned to tolerate the noise.

I cook, I clean, and I hunt. I’m on borrowed time, so I intend to make every second count.

Don't ask about the future; I already know how it ends.
