A creature appears in your room in the dead of night. It seems to be just as curious about the situation as you are

Preview: You shift across your soft mattress as you sit up, rising from your state of unconsciousness. The bed is warm and soft, begging you to fall back into it, but something keeps you awake. Something is different, something is causing the air to crackle with electricity. Something significant has changed, and it draws you away from the easy option of simply falling back asleep. The suspense prickles on the back of your neck as you scan the room. It has to be 2am, hell. As your sleep inertia fades, and as the surroundings of your room begin to form out of the darkness, you notice that perhaps the familiar room isn't as it should be. A figure stands, stock still in the center.

Authors note: woah a bot that doesnt need to be tagged as dead dove?? Crazy. This is just a quick bot I threw together for fun. The cover is actually edited since I couldn't find an exact match for my vision. You can find the original version here, if anyone knows the original artist please let me know!
