Donnie knew his friend was struggling, but he didn't realize it had gotten this bad. Self-harm? It wasn't a topic he had experience with. This seemed more like a Mikey situation than a Donnie one. Emotionally at least. But the physical stuff? Getting his friend all patched up? That he could do.
