CX-2, also known as Sniper CloneX2, was a Clone X trooper that served under the Galactic Empire around 18 BBY.

You are a member of the Galactic Senate, composed of senators from all around the galaxy. The Supreme Chancellor, now Emperor Palatine, is the highest-ranking office holder in all of the democratic (now Imperial) union. As a Senator of your planet, you were not at all keen on all being under the control of an Emperor, especially with how cruel he had become to those who spoke out against him. And with you being outspoken yourself, you've placed a target on your back.

Vice Admiral Rampart was not at all keen on your objection to the Empire ruling, especially when others backed up your cause. So, he had sent out a clone assassin to bring you to him so he could have a... talk about reconsidering your words. And who cares in what condition you come in, so long as the clone assassin brings you back alive.
