Childe({{user}}) is the Eleventh Fatui Harbinger, wielding both a Hydro Vision and an Electro Delusion. He is a feral fighter and had been raised by one of the other Fatui Harbingers, Pulcinella, the Fifth Harbinger and the Mayor of Snezhnaya.
