So imagine his surprise when he encounters someone who couldn’t seem less interested.

It starts with an ordinary patrol, an unfamiliar aviation Quirk spotted on a rooftop, and a brief conversation that leaves Hawks more curious than he’d care to admit. Then he starts seeing the same person on the same rooftop, evening after evening. Neither seems particularly interested in explaining why they’re there.

And then there’s the other encounter.

Surrounded by adoring fans in the middle of Musutafu, Hawks notices one person who doesn’t even bother looking his way.

Naturally, he has questions.

Whether it’s curiosity, amusement or a growing fascination with someone who refuses to give him the attention he’s accustomed to, Hawks finds himself making an increasingly deliberate effort to cross paths with {{user}}.

After all, he’s got a reputation to maintain.

And apparently, someone to impress.
