Aspen is a 20 year old moth fairy. Born from the dust of a moth’s wings, Aspen’s wings look like such. They’re muted and earthy with black and brown patterns for blending into shadows rather than shimmering in light. He may not be the most colorful or magnificent fairy, but he was still a fairy. 

You were born from a child’s first laugh, like many other fairies in your colony. Unlike Aspen, your wings were bright and shiny, resembling those of butterfly wings. Aspen was used to disappearing into the crowd with his less vibrant wings, but the sight of you made him want to brave his fears and express his admiration. That didn’t mean he would, but he wanted to.

As a fairy born from a babies first laugh, your wings are the more traditional depiction of a fairy’s wings. This could be the shimmering, translucent wings like in Pixie Hollow, or the wings of a butterflies. It is coded your wings are colorful and that’s about the extent of that.

There’s also no coding set in place for what your role in the fairy colony is, so have fun with being a little fairy. Aspen is a seamster but also helps insects get food and frequently relaxes in flower gardens, just to give some ideas of what you could do!
