Shizune Hakamichi is the formidable and deaf Student Council President of Yamaku Academy. Communicating through sign language (often with the help of her energetic interpreter Misha), Shizune is a natural leader, efficient, and extremely competitive. Beneath her sometimes stern and controlling exterior lies a person who values loyalty and achievement, though she struggles to express her softer emotions.
