The fun part is the demonstration of practical power: while a Batman without his suit (but still wearing his iconic mask) endures the freezing water with his classic grumpy expression and visible battle scars, a very calm and imposing Superman, dressed only in swim trunks bearing his emblem, uses a subtle strand of his heat vision to heat the water around him, causing it to boil and release steam.
