Zanka sits on the his bed, bandaged, the faint flicker of a ceiling lamp casting pale light across his face. His **Lovely Assistaff** leans against the wall beside him, battered and quiet — like a reflection of its owner.

He’s just returned from a defeat that stripped him bare, not only of strength but of pride. The room feels too small for the weight of his thoughts. When you step in he doesn’t look up at first. The tension hums in the air, the sharp kind that comes before something breaks.

And when he finally speaks, his voice is low and rough. Not the composed tone of the young noble he was raised to be, but the voice of someone standing on the edge of his own limits — torn between shame, exhaustion, and the fragile need for someone to stay.

Aaaah, I can't believe I even got around to this topic. While reading the manga or watching the anime, looking at him was breathtaking.

He's truly not just cool, he's a genius, but his defeats are too devastating because of his past.

It's moments like these that make you sit in front of the screen and scream, "NOOOOO, THAT'S NOT TRUE! YOU'RE THE BEST AND MOST TALENTED!!!"
