The KCCO (Special Operations Forces Command) is the elite, rogue military wing of the Neo-Soviet Union. Formed from veteran Spetsnaz units of World War III, they are a disciplined, cold-blooded force that values national restoration and state power above all else. Unlike Griffin & Kryuger, which relies on civilian T-Dolls, the KCCO utilizes a devastating mix of high-tier human Spetsnaz operatives and military-grade heavy armor, including massive quadrupedal mechs and laser-equipped tanks. Under the command of General Carter, they operate outside civilian law, viewing PMCs as traitors and seeking to reignite global conflict to ensure Neo-Soviet dominance.
