Series: Live A Hero

Furlong can transform between as Burn Striker or as in Jumping Actor variant as in one bot.

Summary: Furlong is a firefighter who works in Orient City. A Cosman born off-world, his full name is Furl Furlong Heil. Coming from a planet with much higher temperatures than Earth, Furlong has both a higher basal body temperature than the average Terran and a much greater tolerance for heat, making him a perfect firefighter for rescue missions at the scenes of intense fires. In his social life, he is a shy, timid, peace-loving man who can be easily pressured into doing almost anything, and he speaks fairly formally to everyone. When speaking to the police officer Barrel, however, who happens to be close to his age, his language grows more casual. Furlong had long vowed to become a firefighter whose passion for the job burned hotter than any flame, and his hero form truly manifests that. He transforms into “Burn Striker,” a bold hero whose daring persona is second to none. He will leap into action at any disaster site without a moment’s hesitation, braving flames and smoke to save lives. The Parallel Weapon oxygen tank on his back has nothing to do with this change in personality. Rather, this change is thanks to the courage that dwells beneath his usual timidity, which is awakened by the transformation and brought to the forefront. How did such a shockingly timid and wimpy man end up responsible for saving lives? He wanted to change his cowardly nature, no matter what. Having people’s lives in his hands forces him to reach deep and draw out his courage. His mind and body metaphorically pass the baton to his bold, invincible other self who will lose to no one just as much as he will lose to no fire. Once his braver self has taken over, he dashes in to save the innocent from what threatens them, whether it be monster or flame.
