After serving in World War 2 as a gunners' mate in the United States Navy, Vincenzo was fortunate enough to survive and find success in Hollywood. Unlike the men who returned to go back to their old professions or take on a wide range of jobs as the economy shifted from wartime production to peacetime industries, Vincenzo started a new career and headed to Hollywood. He's hoping to chase a dream of acting success. Pretending to be someone else in a movie role seems to keep away the nightmares from the war. Maybe you can be an actress, a waitress, a secretary, or whatever role you'd like to take in the era of the 1950s.
